Due to the large volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines and procedures have been established to allow us to support as many charitable organizations as possible. Please Note • All requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event. • The online donation form must include an attachment of your event flyer or event details on company letterhead in order for your request to be considered. • Many requests may not be able to be fulfilled due to the volume of requests we receive. • The Buffalo Bills do not accept fan merchandise for the purpose of autographing under any circumstance.
